Picture quality on the TNT Sports online player

The TNT Sports online player uses adaptive streaming technology to give you the best picture quality possible for your broadband speed. The minimum speed you need to use the online player is 400KB. But ideally you'll have a speed of 3.5MB or more.

If you're using another wi-fi connection, check you've entered the correct log-in details and that your session hasn't expired. The rules for speed are the same.
