The Amazon Echo is a hands-free speaker you control with your voice. Whether you want to play music, ask questions, make calls or simply check the weather, all you have to do is ask Alexa.
If you've taken up one of our great offers and haven't received your Amazon Echo yet then this is what you need to know.
We're offering customers a free Amazon Echo when they order Superfast Fibre 2 between 26 April and 9 May.
How it works
- To qualify, you need to place your order between 26 April and 9 May
- You’ll get your Amazon Echo up to 30 days after we've installed your broadband
I haven't received my Amazon Echo
If it doesn't turn up within 30 days of us installing your broadband, call 0800 800 150. We're open Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm.
We're offering customers a free Amazon Echo when they order one of the following products between 27 November and 6 December:
- Superfast Fibre Essential
- Superfast Fibre
- Superfast Fibre 2
- Ultrafast
- Ultrafast 2

- You'll get your Amazon Echo 28 days after we've installed your broadband
I haven't received my confirmation email
We'll confirm your order within 28 days. If after this time you’ve still not received an email from us, call 0800 800 150. We're open Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm and Sunday 9am - 6pm.
I’ve received a confirmation email from BT Shop but still haven’t got my Amazon Echo
Only contact BT Shop if you’ve had a confirmation email from them. If you don't receive your order within 28 days, email shop@bt.com with your order number.
We're offering customers a free Amazon Echo when they order Superfast Fibre 2, Superfast Fibre or Superfast Fibre Essential before 4 October.
How it works
- To qualify, you need to place your order before 4 October
- Fourteen days after we've installed your broadband you'll get an email with a voucher code
- Follow the link in your email and go to the BT Shop website to place your order - just add the voucher code at checkout
- BT Shop will deliver your Amazon Echo within 1-3 working days
The important bit - use it or lose it
Once we issue your voucher code you have 28 days to claim, so don't lose out.
I haven't received my voucher code
We'll send the voucher 14 days after we've installed your broadband.

I’ve received a confirmation email from BT Shop but still haven’t got my Amazon Echo
Only contact BT Shop if you’ve placed your order and had a confirmation email from them. If you don't receive your order within three working days, email shop@bt.com with your order number.
