BT Wi-Fi Care runs in the background to keep your home Wi-Fi performing reliably. Included for customers with a BT Smart Hub 2 or BT Smart Hub 3, it automatically monitors and looks after your connection, so you do not need to make any changes yourself.
When your broadband is installed and set up, we run a connection health check to ensure your hub software is up to date and working as it should. BT Wi Fi Care then always stays active, applying ongoing connection tweaks and automatic updates. We will also alert you to major service issues, including known outages and the expected duration of repairs.
This means your connection is always handled with care, with no action needed from you.
