Getting started with the BT WiFi app

Here's some info you might find useful if you've just downloaded the BT WiFi App for your Android device, iPhone or iPad.

Go to the wifi settings and make sure wifi is switched on
Open the BT WiFi app and log in with your BT ID or BT email address and password, if you haven't done this already
The app will now log you in automatically whenever you connect to a hotspot, so you'll be ready to start surfing as soon as you're connected

On your iPhone or iPad, go to the wifi settings and make sure wifi is switched to ON
Open the BT WiFi app and log in with your BT ID or BT email address and password
Select the BT WiFi hotspot in Settings > WiFi (you’ll only need to do this once)
You can now start surfing
