You can manually check for firmware updates for your Smart Hub or WiFi Extender by using these steps:
- connect your hub or device to your computer via a cable or WiFi
- open a web browser and type http://192.168.1.1/ into the address bar then press Enter
- select Log in here to access settings
- enter your username and password, then select Log In
- select Device Settings
- select Online Updates then Check for Updates
- the latest software version will then be displayed and be available for download if available
- If an update is available there will be an option to Update Firmware, select this and follow the instructions.
Please ensure all your devices are switched on and connected, before attempting to update the firmware.
