Please ensure all your devices are switched on and connected before attempting to update the firmware.
You can manually check for firmware updates on your Smart Hub or Wi-Fi Extender by following these steps:
- Connect your hub or device to your computer via a cable or Wi-Fi.
- Open a web browser and type http://192.168.1.1/ into the address bar then press Enter.
- Select Log in here to access settings. Enter your username and password, then select Log In.
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Online Updates.
- Select Check for Updates.
- The latest software version will be displayed and available for download if an update exists.
- If an update is available, you’ll see an option to Update Firmware. Select it and follow the instructions.
