You need to connect your broadband cable

How to fix problem:

Check your broadband cable (grey ends) is plugged into your hub and the other end is in your master phone socket.

If your master socket has one socket you’ll also need to use the microfilter supplied with your hub - make sure it’s also plugged in correctly.
