2. This offer is available to customers on any BT Mobile SIM Only, Family SIM, Handset, or Data SIM plan who are current NHS staff with a valid NHS email address. 3. The offer is not transferrable and can only be applied to an account in the name of the NHS staff member. 4. The offer can only be claimed once per person. 5. Once you apply for this offer, we will verify your eligibility by validating the NHS email that you use in your application. 6. 7. Once your application has been accepted, it may take up to 7 days for the unlimited data to be added to your account. You will be notified by SMS once the unlimited data has been added to your account. 8. Once applied to your account, the unlimited data will renew each month until an end date is announced, or until removed by the customer. 9. If you want to remove the unlimited data before BT Mobile end the offer, then please contact BT Mobile on 0800 800 150 or on 150 if calling from your BT Mobile number. 10. This unlimited data offer does not change your current plan or the amount that you pay for your current plan. 11. This offer only concerns unlimited data. If you’re on capped minutes or texts plan and would like to move to an unlimited minutes or texts plan, then please contact BT Mobile on 0800 800 150 or on 150 if calling from your BT Mobile number. 12. If you upgrade your plan before an end date is announced, then the unlimited data will remain on your account until the offer ends. If you move to an unlimited plan you will not be eligible for a discount or credit in lieu of the offer. 13. Unlimited data can only be used in the UK and does not work abroad. If you go abroad, the Unlimited Data Add-On will stop working and your data allowance will revert to its normal limit. Once you return to the UK the Unlimited Data Add-On will resume working. 14. Data is for personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 1000GB/month to be commercial use and have the right to move you to a business plan. 15. The unlimited data does not form part of your plan and any change to the unlimited data offer does not entitle you to cancel your Agreement with us for mobile network services. 16.
