A new family animation series, which will air on Boomerang, Master Moley looks destined to be a massive hits with kids and parents.

Starting this autumn with a special 30-minute film, titled Master Moley by Royal Invitation, a full series The Misadventures of Master Moley will follow in 2021.

Featuring an all-star cast, including Warwick Davis and Gemma Arterton, magic, royalty and heart-warming adventures, this beautifully animated series is destined to be the next big hit for young viewers.

When does Master Moley air?

Master Moley By Royal Invitation will air on Boomerang on November 28th, 2020.

The Misadventures of Master Moley will continue the adventures of Master Moley and friends on Boomerang in 2021. 

What is Master Moley by Royal Invitation about?

Master Moley, voiced by Davis, lives deep in a burrow under Windsor Castle in the bustling city of MoleTown.

In this world of magic and mayhem he is the keeper of a magical book which has the power to bring peace between humans and moles. The colourful, heart-warming tale follows Master Moley on an adventure of a lifetime, encapsulating a sense of discovery and humour.

With perseverance, resourcefulness and a few helpful furry friends Moley always finds an ingenious way to dig himself out of disaster.

The special introduces viewers to the secret world of moles and to Master Moley, as he makes his first trip to The Great Above to seek help from the Queen of England.

The full series, The Misadventures of Master Moley, which will introduce viewers to new characters and the wider hidden world of MoleTown.

The uplifting family animation, aimed at ages four and upwards, features an award-winning cast including Warwick Davis (Harry Potter, Star Wars, Moominvalley), Julie Walters (Mamma Mia!, Harry Potter, Billy Elliot), Gemma Arterton (Their Finest, Quantum of Solace), Richard E. Grant (Can You Ever Forgive Me?, Horrid Henry: The Movie), Togo Igawa (Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, Thomas & Friends) and Charles Dance (Game of Thrones, The Crown, Gosford Park).

Created by British entrepreneur James Reatchlous, Master Moley is based upon an original idea conceived as an imaginative bedtime story for his children.

The animation follows adventurous mole, Master Moley, who lives deep in a burrow under Windsor Castle in the bustling city of MoleTown, where he is the keeper of a magical book which has the power to bring peace between humans and moles. 

The colourful, heart-warming tale follows Master Moley and his friends on adventurous missions, encapsulating a sense of discovery and humour, wrapped in the warmth and comfort of family life.
