We've stopped your on-demand, recording services and live sports channel (if you subscribe to live sports) because you haven't paid your BT Vision bill.

You can pay any time via my.bt.com/payments. Or get in touch on 0800 800 900 (choose 'billing') to settle up and get everything working again. We're open 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm on Saturdays and 9am-6pm on Sundays.

You can ignore this note if you've paid in the past 24 hours. When you do pay, it sometimes takes us 48 hours to get your service back to normal.
