Clare Balding is a sports broadcaster who presents and co-produces The Clare Balding Show on BT Sport.
Her name has become synonymous with sport over recent years after fronting coverage of some of the world’s most prestigious events.
A former leading amateur flat jockey, Clare’s broadcasting career took flight when she became the face of BBC’s horse racing coverage in 1998.
She has gone on to cover all manner of sports - including numerous Olympics, Paralympics, Winter Olympics and Commonwealth Games - and established herself as one of the country’s most-loved presenters.
In addition to The Clare Balding Show, which sees her interview some of sport's biggest names, she has presented live events such as The America's Cup, the Henley Royal Regatta and the Action Woman Awards for BT Sport.
Clare received an OBE for her services to the sports journalism and broadcasting industry in 2013, as well as winning the BAFTA Special Award.
