Friday 4 December
Sam Bedlow’s last-minute penalty clinched a dramatic late victory for Bristol Bears at Ashton Gate on Friday night in the first match of the Gallagher Premiership weekend.
Dave Ribbans and Piers Francis went over for Northampton Saints early on to give the away side a 14-0 lead.
Bears hit back through Henry Purdy even if Tiff Eden missed the conversion. Bristol then had a try ruled out via TMO for a knock-on.
Eden cut the lead to six points but Saints extended the lead to 17-8 when James Grayson landed a penalty.
But Piers O’Conor renewed Bristol hope with a clever score that was converted and a late penalty was awarded to give Bears the chance to win it. Bedlow, with nerves of steel, delivered in the final moment to clinch the win.
Saturday 5 December
It was supposed to business as usual for Exeter Chiefs at Welford Road took on an injury-stricken Leicester Tigers on Saturday afternoon.
But Rob Baxter's men were forced to come from behind as they went into the break 13-7 down against a Tigers side who are much improved this season.
For all their bravery however, Exeter's class shone through in the second half as they secured a bonus point win largely thanks to some ill-discipline from the hosts in conceding 20 penalties throughout the match.
Wasps 17-27 Newcastle Falcons - Watch replay
Newly-promoted Newcastle made it three wins from three as their remarkable return to life in the Gallagher Premiership continued as Wasps' expense.
Lee Blackett's Wasps, finalists last season, have now lost two on the spin and have cause for concern at the way their campaign has transpired in the early weeks.
It was a convincing win for the visitors only made more respectable by the home side with a pair of late tries by Tom West and Levi Douglas.
Worcester Warriors 17-33 Bath - Watch replay
Bath consigned Worcester to defeat in front of 2,000 Warriors fans allowed back in to Sixways following the easing of lockdown rules.
The visitors helped themselves to five scores during an entertaining contest on a chilly afternoon in the west - but they were forced to deal with some adversity in the opening moments as they lost both Josh Matavesi and Rhys Priestland through injury just five minutes in.
But fielding a reshuffled line-up, Bath didn't miss a beat as they imposed themselves on a Worcester side who were thumped in equally emphatic style by Bristol last weekend.

London Irish 13-21 Sale Sharks - Watch replay
London Irish were unable to give a crowd of around 2,000 supporters a welcome return as they lost 13-21 to Sale at the Brentford Community Stadium.
Honours were even at the halfway stage but Sharks pulled clear in the second half and ran out eventual winners courtesy of tries from Rohan Janse van Rensburg and Akker van der Merwe and the boot of AJ MacGinty.
Irish, who scored a superb team try through Curtis Rona, came on strong in the latter stages but Sale stood firm to claim their second win of the season.
Gloucester 24-34 Harlequins - Watch replay
Harlequins earned a highly credible 24-34 away win over Gloucester at Kingsholm on Sunday evening.
Fly-half Marcus Smith was in inspired form the visitors, pulling the strings from midfield and dictating the pace.
The England prospect set up Alex Dombrandt for the first of his two tries and Ross Chisholm and Nathan Earle also went over for Quins who had André Esterhuizen sent off.
A James Hanson double couldn’t prevent Gloucester succumbing to their second defeat of the season.
