Spurs look likely to be without Cristiano Romero, Giovani Lo Celso and Davison Sanchez with the trio observing their mandatory quarantine after returning home from an eventful international break.
South Korean superstar Heung min-Son also suffered a minor calf strain while away in the World Cup Qualifying break and could be a doubt for Santo this weekend.
