Champions League
It’s back. The world’s greatest club competitions returns in September with every minute exclusively live on BT Sport.
After a strong showing last season, England’s four representatives Chelsea, Man City, Man United and Liverpool are targeting more European glory.
Holders Chelsea have strengthened in the summer with the arrival with Romelu Lukaku, while Man United have enjoyed a sensational window with the arrivals of Cristiano Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane.
Man City have also added Jack Grealish to their ranks, while Liverpool will benefit from the return to fitness of talisman Virgil van Dijk.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Paris Saint-Germain are favourites to break their duck and lift a maiden Champions League trophy after the arrival of Lionel Messi from Barcelona.
Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid are all in the group stages and will be looking to reach next year’s final in Saint Petersburg.
The Europa League and first ever Europa Conference League also begin in September with all three competitions live and exclusive only on BT Sport.

Premier League
After a sensational start to the new Premier League season, we’ve got three more live offerings in September.
The action begins at Selhurst Park for what promises to be an unmissable London derby between Crystal Palace and Tottenham.
Spurs have defied expectations to make the perfect start to the new campaign under Nuno Espirito Santo and are top of the league going into the international break after three successive wins.
Palace have made a slow start to life under Patrick Viera but showed some promise in an entertaining 2-2 draw at West Ham. Chelsea loanee Conor Gallagher twice pegged the Hammers back to earn Palace their first point of the season in a markedly improved performance.
A week later, Bruno Lage’s Wolves entertain new boys Brentford. Wolves find themselves in the bottom three after three matches after spurning a number of glorious chances in every game.
The Bees have made an impressive start to life in the top flight with one win and two draws. They backed up an opening day win against Arsenal with draws against Palace and Aston Villa and will be looking to put more points on the board with a positive result against Wolves.
Our final offering in September is a must-watch repeat of last season’s Champions League final as title contenders Chelsea and Man City square off at Stamford Bridge.
Both sides have strengthened over the summer and will be looking to lay down a marker in what has the makings of an absolute classic in west London.
Gallagher Premiership
After a scarcely believable 2020/21 Premiership season ended in astonishing fashion at Twickenham, the new Gallagher Premiership campaign gets underway in September.
Harlequins claimed their first title for nine years in June as they beat Exeter 40-38 in a thrilling final after one of the most entertaining seasons in recent memory.
The Premiership returns to BT Sport for the start of the 2021/22 season with 21 live games from the first seven rounds of action.
Thirteen teams will battle it out for a place at Twickenham after relegation was scrapped last season and five-time winners Saracens won promotion back to the top flight.

The action gets underway on Friday 17 September when Pat Lam’s Bristol Bears play host to Saracens in a huge meeting at Ashton Gate.
Leicester Tigers entertain last season’s runners-up Exeter on Saturday 18 September and defending champions Harlequins make the long trip to Newcastle on Sunday 19 September.
Round 2 will also take place in September, with Gloucester, Wasps, London Irish and Sale Sharks all in action.

MotoGP
The fastest show on two wheels continues in September with two more MotoGP races in Europe.
France’s Fabio Quartararo extended his World Championship lead with victory at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone last weekend and he’ll be looking to claim his sixth win of the season in Aragon, with race day from north-eastern Spain starting at 9.15am on Sunday 12 September.
Marc Marquez boasts a sensational record at the track and will be targeting a sixth MotoGP win at the famous circuit.
A week later the circuit reconvenes in Misano for the Grand Prix of San Marino. Valentino Rossi will be hoping for a fairy-tale finish in his home race before retirement.
