Australia rested Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins, Adam Zampa and Glenn Maxwell for the first match in Perth, but they will all re-join the squad in Canberra.
Marcus Stoinis, Kane Richardson and Ashton Agar return after recovering from injuries, while Mitchell Swepson and Nathan Ellis were added for the first game.
England will use the same squad for the three-match series and the upcoming World Cup as they look to fine-tune their preparations.
