BT Sport Box Office on Sky

If you are currently a BT Sport subscriber on Sky, you can purchase the event via your Sky box, or if you can buy online

If you have Sky but currently don’t subscribe to BT Sport, first you’ll need to register and pay for your first event with BT by credit/debit card. Once you’ve bought your event, you’ll be able to see the event by pressing Box Office on your Sky remote or tuning to the BT Sport Box Office channel 494.

If you subscribe to BT Sport on a second Sky Q box, you’ll be able to see BT Sport Box Office on your Sky Q Mini. Otherwise, BT Sport Box Office will be available on your main Sky Q box only and will be unavailable on Sky Q Mini or Sky Q App devices, even if you receive other channels through these.

If you bought online or over the phone there may be a short delay before your event is delivered to your set top box. This should only be a few minutes, but at busy times it could take a bit longer.

For Sky+HD boxes: press Services on your Sky remote, select Settings, and then Details.

For Sky Q boxes: press Home on your Sky Q remote, select Settings, then System Info.

Your Sky Viewing Card must be in your Sky box before you make any purchases.

The event will only show on the Sky box you order it to. You’ll need to buy it on each Sky box individually if you want it in multiple rooms.

The event will only be available to record if you’ve bought via your Sky remote and have Sky+ enabled. If you’ve bought online or over the phone, then you won’t be able to record.

If you bought online by credit or debit card via the website you’ll be charged immediately.

If you bought on your Sky box, non-BT Sport subscribers will be charged via credit or debit card, and existing customers via their BT bill.

You can update your payment details in your account just log in and select My Account.

You’ll only be entitled to a full refund if:
