In this, the last video of the series the panel shares a variety of top tips.

Now we move on to our final part of the recruitment journey the interview and the moment a lot of interviews are being held for online video calls. So how do you go about making sure that you can show off your personal brand and tell your story when you're speaking to someone online?

We set a challenge for Andrew support together a quick video of some top tips for being interviewed online. Let's see how we got on.

Yes, guys, Andrew Mensa here and today I'm gonna give you a few top tips on how to smash your job interview, so you can live your best life stop asking your mum for pocket money The first one is very simple be on time. Don't be turning up to the interview looking like you're being chased by a pack of wolves or your girls dad came home early for working is chasing you out the house be on time at least give yourself 20 minutes to be prepped for the interview.

Second tip dress appropriately guys, you got to look the part to be the part especially with the interviews at home don't get lazy because you're in your bedroom. Turning up to the interview in your boxer shorts. No, matter how expensive they are. Tip three. No distractions try and find a quiet place.

Andrew honey, come wash your place in the kitchen. I need the sink clean.

One sec guys…. Lastly be sincere about the job, you're applying for.

If I'm honest. I need the money. I need the Moolah I need the Benjamins whatever you call it. I need the money. I'm 18 now I need to be able to go to Ibiza and pour champagne on Instagram girls.

This for me is the most important everybody wants money everybody wants to go out Ibiza and be free however, you get your money if you do a job properly you can only do a job properly if you love what you're doing. So be sincere about the job, you're applying for guys, those are my tips.

I'm telling you. I'm telling you, you follow those tips you’re gonna get a job. If you don't get job, come come to me, and I'll give you a job. See you later.

It was annoying my mom coming in in out that room and stuff but yeah, so just brought her in im gonna make you useful.
