We’ll contact your current provider
As part of your order just tell us who your current provider is and we’ll inform them that you’re switching to us. You can find details of your current provider on your bill. They’ll contact you about any services you may lose, or charges you may need to pay if you switch.
We’ll activate your BT Broadband
Once you’ve submitted your order, you don’t need to do anything else apart from put your feet up. We’ll make arrangements to end your service with your current provider. Your existing service will still be available until the day ours goes live.
