Our appointed partners

We work with a select group of organisations to help us tell you about new BT services, innovations and offers that we think you’ll be interested in.

Helping us reach you

We’ve carefully selected six partners to reach out to our customers on our behalf. These companies have thousands of conversations with our customers every week, and they may call you from time to time to discuss our home services.

Whether it’s a call about a new service we think you’d like, a special offer you’re eligible for, or an exciting new product we’ve launched, our partners will always leave a number and won’t bombard you with calls.
