Retuning your TV box
It's worth retuning your TV box as new Freeview channels become available all the time.
How to check for and add new channels:
- Press the Home button on your remote control.
- Go to Settings
- Choose TV Channels in the Signal & Connection section
- Select Update Channels. The new channels should now appear.
If you find your box is picking up more than one TV region, you can change your region by following the steps above, and
- Select OK to see the full list of regions available.
- Use the up and down keys to choose your preferred region, then select OK.
- Use the right arrow key to tab to ‘Continue’, then select OK.
- The new regional channels should appear.
Be aware that choosing a different region where the signal is slightly weaker may affect the quality of your TV signal.
