Find out which channels you've signed up for through your BT package. Log in to My BT or download the My BT app straight to your device.
Freeview
Freeview is digital TV channels that are subscription free and come through your TV aerial.
If you're having problems with bad quality or missing channels, follow these steps for more help.
On-demand
Your package may include on-demand streaming services which will require you to sign in. To get set up, follow the links below.
Install the EE TV app
Select the device you want to set up.
Go to the Amazon App Store by clicking on 'apps' on your Amazon Fire TV and search for the 'EE TV App'.
Click on the app icon, then select 'Download'.
Go to the App Store on your Apple TV device and search for the 'EE TV App'.
Click on the app icon and then click 'Download'.
Go to the Samsung App Store on your TV and search for 'EE TV'.
Click on the app icon, then click 'Download'.
Install option 1
If you're using the device you want the app on, go to the Amazon App Store and find the EE TV App
Install option 2
- Open the App Store on your Amazon device.
- Search for 'EE TV App' in the search bar.
- Click to download.

If you're using the device you want the app on, go to the Google Play Store and find the EE TV App in the store >
Install option 2
- Open the Play Store on your Android device.
- Search for 'EE TV App'.
- Click 'Install' next to the App icon.
