Why can't I see my Wi-Fi disc on the My BT app?
If your disc isn’t showing under Your wi-fi network on the app, try the following:
- • Have you set up the disc? To do this, select Set up new disc from the Your wi-fi network page and follow the instructions
• Check the disc is turned on
• Check what colour light is showing on the disc:
• Blue or orange - the disc should be working fine, so there could be an issue with the app. Try refreshing Your wi-fi network page by pulling down. If that doesn’t work, try restarting the app. Failing that, you can also try restarting your Hub
• Red - the disc is out of range. Try moving it closer to the Hub or to another disc, if you already have one set up
