BT Call Rate Times – daytime, evening and weekend

The UK’s ageing and unreliable copper landline network is being retired.
When BT contacts you, take action to avoid disruption to your home phone or broadband services

What counts as daytime, evening, and weekend?

Your phone package will include calls to landlines at certain times of day. We define these times as:

  • daytime is between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday
  • evening is between 7 pm and 7 am, Monday to Friday
  • weekend is from 12 am Saturday to 12 am Monday*

*Excludes bank holidays.
