So you can get your bills in different formats:
- Braille (grade 2, single-sided)
- Large print
- Audio CD with a text file for screen readers
Change how you get billed
Log into My BT. At the top of any page click the MyBT dropdown. Go to Your bills and usage > Your bill settings.
Click the Change how you receive your bill link.
Go to the Choose format section, and find options like Large Print, Braille and Audio CD.

Change other documents
We can also give you other documents like letters and user guides in other formats, including:
