I've forgotten my BT Email address (username)

Your BT Email address (also your username) ends in @btinternet.com, @btopenworld.com or @talk21.com.

If you've forgotten your email address, you can find it on the BT Email management page in My BT.

Here's how:

Log in to My BT with your BT ID username and password
Click on Your Products
Scroll down to the BT Email tile and select the Manage button
On the next page, you'll be able to see all your BT email addresses (usernames)
