Comments, compliments or feedback about our broadcast programming

If you simply have a comment, compliment or feedback, it's best to use our simple feedback form. We appreciate your feedback, but due to the high number of comments we get, we're unable to respond to every one.

Either way, we'll ensure that your comment reaches the right people quickly.

 

How do I give feedback about an advert I have seen on btsport.com?

You can give us feedback or complain about an advert you’ve seen on btsport.com. Please send a description of the advert you wish to comment on, the time and date you saw it, and your comments to: ad.feedback@bt.com. Unfortunately, we can’t respond to these emails.
