Getting started with the HBO Max app
Whether it's for mobile devices, tablets, or your TV, the first step is to download the HBO Max app. Search for the HBO Max app in your relevant app store and download it to your device. Review the list of devices that HBO Max is available for.
If you have an EE TV Box Pro or EE TV Box Edge, HBO Max will automatically be available in your apps rail from launch. If you took an Apple TV 4K box before April 2026, you'll need to download it from the App Store on your set-top box.
If you received an Apple TV 4K box after April 2026, HBO Max will already be installed.
If you subscribe to any of our EE TV packages (except TV Essential), you'll have access to TNT Sports on HBO Max with BT broadband or TNT Sports on Sky. But you'll first need to activate HBO Max by logging in to My BT.
Getting started with TNT Sports on EE TV
To watch TNT Sports channels on EE TV, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our Sport or VIP packages. You can also watch TNT Sports channels if you subscribe to our Entertainment or Big Entertainment TV package by adding the TNT Sports add-on.
Getting started with TNT Sports on Sky
To watch TNT Sports on Sky, you'll first need to purchase it. You can only order TNT Sports on Sky if you first purchase BT broadband as a new customer. If you're already a BT broadband customer, you can add TNT Sports on Sky to your account. You can do this, and view TNT Sports on Sky FAQs, by visiting www.bt.com/sport/sky
