Your broadband cable isn’t connected

BT Smart Hub and Ultrafast Smart Hub  - Flashing Purple 

How to fix problem:

1. Check your broadband cable (black with grey ends) is plugged into your hub

2. Make sure the other end of your broadband cable is connected to your primary phone socket using the 'black Ultra fast filter' supplied with your hub.

If you're setting up for the first time, it could take until midnight for your broadband to start.
