Fix your broadband connection

We’re sorry you’re having connection problems. There are some simple things you can do straightaway to identify and solve your issue.

1. Restart your hub 

Check your hub is plugged into the
wall socket. Turn its power button
off for a few minutes and then
back on again, when the power
light turns blue it’s working.

2. Check your landline phone 

If you have a landline phone,
check you can make a call.
If you can't, report your problem
and we'll get it sorted.

3. Check your service status 

See if there are any network
problems in your area that we’re
fixing, that may be temporarily
affecting your service.

Check your service has been activated, it takes 24 hours. You can find your activation date in your welcome email or letter.
