Cancel a recent order
Want to cancel something you've ordered in the last 14 days?
If you've taken a BT TV bolt-on (like BT TV Music) or BT Sport, you've agreed you want to be able to watch that immediately so you don't have 14 days to change your mind. To cancel either of these services at any point, you'll have to give us 30 days' notice and if a service comes with a minimum term, you might also need to pay a charge for ending it early. These add-ons can be amended within My BT or by calling us.
