We also need to know whether it was a full or partial payment and when the payment was made.

- Telephone / Account number
- The telephone number for the account you have paid (eg 01234567899) and the account number quoted on your bill (eg AB12345678).
Please provide your telephone number AND account number for the bill that you want to tell us you've paid.
- Bill reference number
- The bill reference is the six digit code that follows your account number on your bill eg AB12345678 Q135NT.
Your bill referece is therefore Q135NT
You only need to provide your bill reference number if you are currently unable to make outgoing calls.
