1. Optimistic

Why is no-one buying today? It happens. But hang in there, and things will improve. Remind yourself there will always be tough days to deal with, and keep focused.

3. Doubting

You know you’re great at what you do, but it’s only human to have doubts now and then. Look back at some of your best sales moments and use them to boost your confidence. You’ve got this!

4. Satisfied

At the end of a successful day, allow yourself a moment of satisfied reflection. It’s all too easy to only remember difficult moments, so make sure you pat yourself on the back and celebrate a job well done.

5. Desperate

Deadline is looming and you’ve got so much still to do. It’s natural to be stressed. But feeling desperate will only add to the pressure. Take a step back, take a deep breath, and make a plan to get you over the line.

6. Elated

Sale confirmed! Congratulations. Enjoy the moment, use it to boost your confidence and remember to use moments like this to help you through the difficult days. Analyse what went well and refine and repeat your process.
