Our programme is designed to provide you with all the on-the-job experience in sales you could ever need. We’ve got hundreds of different types of customers that you could get a chance to work with; from small businesses to multibillion dollar companies. You could be developing strong relationships with senior business contacts, driving client satisfaction and trying to expand their product portfolio. Or you could be identifying new opportunities and closing those deals.
But the customer is only half the job. You’ll also learn about our product portfolio in depth and how to present these as business led propositions to clients. You’ll need your finger on the pulse to keep up to date with new developments in the market and make sure we’re keeping up with the competition.
We’ll be here to support you every step of the way. You’ll get plenty of personal development opportunities, including exposure to our accredited sales methodology. And you’ll be working alongside some our highly experienced colleagues and some of our most successful graduates to pick up all the tricks of the trade.
Our Sales programme is available in two parts of our business: Enterprise and Global. On the programme you’ll either be part of three rotations, spending eight months in each rotation or having two years of dedicated specialist learning in one area of our portfolio, such as Security.
