Don’t be fooled by the name British Telecommunications. We’re a global company, and have offices around the world. Our purpose, our products and our services are completely woven into the fabric of everyday life – whether our customers realize it or not.

Our two year graduate programmes in AMEA are designed to enhance and grow your leadership skills, and get you really feeling confident in your abilities. We’ll encourage your self-development, let you explore your opportunities and find your own path– but we’re still here to help you on your journey. We’ve also set up a global graduate learning and development programme, that has been specifically designed to help you build up the skills you need to thrive in the future.

We don’t do ordinary graduate jobs; expect the unexpected every day, and to be solving customer communication challenges that no one has solved before. We’re looking for to bring a passion for our work, to showcase your ideas and the determination to bring them to life.  Together, we can create the future.

Our roles

We’re recruiting for roles in China. We’re also hoping to be able to recruit for some roles across India as well. Not all our roles are available in all locations. Although we’re recruiting in different countries, no matter where you are based you’ll need to be able speak English; it’s our main work language.

Application process

It’s important to note that for all of our graduate roles across AMEA, the recruitment process may differ from the process outlined in our previous How to Apply section of the site. Don’t worry if you’re a little confused – your recruiter will give you a breakdown of exactly what those differences are and be there to guide you through the entire process.

Your Assessment Centre day will take place in the location that you’re applying to. It’s important you’re able to fund your travel there if you’re one of the lucky ones shortlisted for the day.
