Overview

At BT we pride ourselves on the sheer size and scale of our hugely successful organisation. But we didn’t get where we are without the help of brilliant minds and new ideas. That’s why we focus a huge part of our recruitment process on targeting enthusiastic and talented graduates, just like you, to bring a fresh way of thinking to the mix.

You may not have realised that we also hire graduates with exciting potential based outside the UK too, to work with our wide range of customers in our Global business area. We want grads with brilliant local market knowledge and expertise to share with us – in return you’ll be given some fantastic career opportunities to help you grow and truly succeed.

Read on to find out a little more about the surprising opportunities we have in store for graduates at BT.

Europe

  • We're planning on recruiting for roles in Budapest, Debrecen, Madrid and Amsterdam. Not all our roles are available in all locations, and might not all be available at the same time. If roles are available, they'll show up on this page. Unfortunately at the moment, we don't have any roles open for applications. Although we’re recruiting in different countries, no matter where you are based you’ll need to be able speak English; it’s our main work language.

  • Depending on exactly where in the world you are based, we’ll be able to offer you a selection of different perks. If you’d like more information about the specifics, your recruiter will be able to explain in more detail.
