We’re a pretty big company, made up of around 80,000 amazing colleagues in the UK, and about 110,000 globally. It takes a lot of work to look after us all, making sure we’re all performing to our best and that there’s a plan in place for our development in the future. That’s where we need you, to help us attract, develop and retain the best colleagues around the world.

You might be thinking, how am I going to do all this? It’s OK, we’ll teach you. On our graduate scheme, you’ll be able to get stuck into pretty much every aspect of HR.  Maybe you’ll start off in organisational design, looking at how we’re structured. Or perhaps you you’ll be in Reward, examining our salaries and benefits and determining what works best for our colleagues.

From there, you might stop off in Learning & Development, or even do a stint business partnering in a specific area. If you’re really lucky, perhaps you might spend some time in our Talent Acquisition team, recruiting next years’ cohort of graduates!

We’ll keep you busy, but our close-knit team of colleagues will be there to support you every step of the way; there’s no such thing as silly question in our book.  As well as learning what it takes to be a great member of the HR community, we’ll give you the chance to study for some professional qualifications as well. You’ll study for your HR Management CIPD Level 5, and look at how to increase the impact HR has on the wider business, and strategic thinking.

Our HR programme is available in the Enterprise part of our business.  As part of this programme, you’ll do three rotations over the two year period.
