You’ll get to spend time getting to know all the different parts of our global business, including digital, product, operations, marketing and propositions, so you can really find out what it is you enjoy doing. By giving you the chance to explore our different functions, as well as taking advantage of the chance to learn from our highly skilled colleagues, you can already plan for where you want to specialise in the future.
You’ll make a real contribution to the business from the start, working on projects that will challenge you and put your skills to the test.
Whether it is learning about commercial practice and making sure we get the best possible value from our contracts and agreements; or getting training in the importance of looking after our reputation, ethical behaviour and doing our best for customers, you’ll get a fascinating insight into how a large global organisation operates. All the time building a global network of relationships that will support your career, both now and in the future.
Our Global Business Management programme is available in our Global part of our business. As part of this programme, you’ll do three rotations around our teams, spending eight months on each rotation.
