Role profile

We employ around 110,000 people globally and as an organisation we have huge ambitions for our future direction. Our Human Resources (HR) Team are key to making sure we attract, develop and retain the best people.

As an HR Graduate you’ll have the opportunity to rotate across a variety of teams, an experience that will bring you great knowledge and understanding of the field. Some of the activities you could be involved with include supporting our graduate recruitment team, looking at our reward framework or assisting in rewriting policies.

With so many options in such a large HR function you’ll work with your manager to move between a wide variety of rotation options, allowing you to access the development and opportunities you need.

At the same time you’ll be studying for your CIPD qualification which, alongside your rotations throughout the business, will help you build a solid foundation for your HR career.

You'll rotate every six or eight months across BT’s different businesses, providing you with the invaluable opportunity to work with a broad range of teams and key stakeholders.



Entry requirements

A 2:1 or a 2:2 with a postgraduate qualification. You’ll also need to have experience of HR either within your degree course or as part of a work placement.
