As an apprentice at BT, you’ll work alongside some of our wonderful contact centre employees to develop your customer service experience. It’s a permanent position where you’ll earn as you learn whilst also working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Our structured programme is designed to give you all the skills you need to succeed. With support from a dedicated apprentice team you’ll get stuck into the action, helping our customers with their technical or connection issues, dealing with billing enquiries or tailoring packages to suit their individual needs.

What we look for

You don’t need a great deal of work experience to join our apprenticeship programme; if you’re eager to learn this could be the perfect time for you to join BT.

To join our advanced programme, you’ll need to have achieved, or be predicted to achieve, 4 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language and Maths. To join our Intermediate programme, you don’t need any formal qualifications but you will need to have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
