About the programme

Hiring graduates is very important to our strategy.

Our business is about people and we want a team that is dynamic, capable and enthusiastic about taking BT to bigger and more successful heights.

Our two year Global Services Graduate programme in Europe is designed specifically to broaden your knowledge, enhance your skills & to lay a solid foundation for your future career. We have a variety of roles, all have a strong focus on business management.

The programme is rotational, focusing on key areas of our business. The roles are country specific & you will rotate within your home country. Each rotation will give you a deeper insight into our business, a real breadth of experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment. For graduates applying for security the rotational programme will give you up to developmental assignments providing experience in a range of disciplines including but not limited to Threat Assessment, Engineering, and Operations.

We put a lot of focus on making sure we’re acting in a responsible way, so you’ll get all the training and insight you need to ensure we’re acting ethically at all times & always doing the best for our customers.

Additionally, you will be given Induction training in London with other BT graduates from around the world, together with some centrally organised webinar learning to bring the BT global graduates together virtually on a regular basis. All the roles we offer are underpinned by a popular and challenging graduate development programme.

It’s important to remember that you can only apply for one country and you must be fluent in local language as well as English. You also must have the legal right to work in that country. And finally you must have a maximum of 2 years work experience.

Belgium

  • At least a Masters degree with a minimal level of 'onderscheiding'

France

  • Master degree or Engineer degree minimum

Germany

  • Bachelor of science degree

Italy

  • Bachelor Engineer degree minimum (Masters preferred); grade must be > 100 (on 110 point scale).

Netherlands

  • At least a Masters degree with an average grade of 7.5

Spain

  • An Engineering Degree (Preferred: IT/Telco or similar) with a mark of 2 (Bien). Certificated marks will be requested.

Switzerland

  • Masters degree with a minimum level of Distinction
  • Fluency in French or German as well as English
