But there’s a growing gap between young peoples’ digital abilities and the know-how employers are looking for. This means more and more young people are leaving education without the tools and knowledge they need to let their real potential shine.
BT's Work Ready programme is here to do something about that and support young people as they make pivotal decisions on their future subjects. Alongside educators, the programme actively seeks to help 11-14 year-olds develop the practical, technical and human-centric skills that a digital career demands.
