Helping young people thrive

BT has helped over three thousand 18-24 year olds into work through the Work Ready programme. The programme boosts opportunities for young people who aren’t in employment, education or training and prepares them for the world of work.

Montanna, a digital designer at BT, tells us why her Work Ready placement was exactly what she needed to boost her career.
