A person-to-machine (P2M) transaction identifies the driver and connects them to an agent in BT’s Cloud Connect platform.
The agent’s person-to-person (P2P) transaction results in help being sent to the driver via a P2M transaction.
This solution addresses EU legislation for driver safety and security. It’s a stand-out example of BT using communications to create a better world.
