If you need help with any of your BT products and services, we have lots of ways you can find answers to your questions. And if you need to contact us for anything, there are a number of ways you can get in touch.
Getting help
Our help website has answers to a wide range of questions. It's easy to find answers – either by the product or service you want to know more about, or you can search for your question at the top of the page.
If you're familiar with using Twitter, you can contact us @BTCare. Someone will tweet you back to offer help or suggestions. A lot of people find this a quick and easy way to contact us for help.
