27/16 - BT Fibre Loyalty Offer

The Offer

1. Under the offer BT will:

reduce the monthly rental charge for BT Infinity Unlimited; this will be reduced to the same price as your Existing Broadband Contract.

if required, provide a new hub compatible with BT Infinity Unlimited, at no cost to the customer

waive the termination charges due under the Existing Broadband Contract listed in paragraph 6 below.

2. The reduced monthly rental charge will apply for the first 12 months of the Minimum Period of Service for BT Infinity Unlimited, after which the standard monthly rental charge set out at Section 52 Part 6 Sub Part 2 of the BT Price List will apply.

3. The reduced monthly rental charge will appear on the customer’s monthly bill with a pre-fix of `Copper2Fibre Loyalty`.

4. A 24 month Minimum Period of Service will apply to the new contract for BT Infinity Unlimited.

5. Except as expressly amended, the:

a) standard charges for BT Infinity Unlimited as set out in Section 52, Part 6, Sub Part 2 of the BT Price List at http://www.bt.com/pricing and

b) standard terms and conditions for BT Infinity Unlimited set out at http://www.bt.com/terms will apply.

6. If at any time a customer who has a contract for Infinity Unlimited under this offer requests a move from Infinity Unlimited to:

Business Broadband;

Business Broadband Premium or

Business Broadband Unlimited

The following will apply:

a) the customer will sign a new contract for Business Broadband, Business Broadband Premium or Business Broadband Unlimited;

b) the Minimum Period of Service applicable to that new contract will be equal to the remaining months of the Minimum Period of Service applicable to the customer’s contract for Infinity Unlimited; and

c) BT will waive the termination charges due under the contract for Infinity Unlimited.

7. The:

a) charges for Business Broadband, Business Broadband Premium or Business Broadband Unlimited will be as published at Section 52, Part 6, Sub Part 1 of the BT Price List at http://www.bt.com/pricing and

b) terms and conditions for Business Broadband, Business Broadband Premium or Business Broadband Unlimited will as published at http://www.bt.com/terms .

Note: BT recommends that the customer retains the hub provided under their Existing Broadband Contract as BT will not provide a new hub for Business Broadband, Business Broadband Premium or Business Broadband Unlimited.

8. This Offer cannot be used together with any other BT offer, unless specifically stated by BT.

9. BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.

Offer Period

10. The Fibre Loyalty Offer will be available 11th September 2017 to 30th March 2018 to Customers who fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 11 below.

Eligibility

11. The offer will be available at BT’s discretion to customers:

a) in an area enabled for Infinity Unlimited;

b) who place and order in the Offer Period for Infinity Unlimited; and

c) with a contract with BT for any of the following broadband services:

BT Business Broadband

BT Business Broadband Unlimited

BT Business Broadband Premium

BT Business Total Broadband Option 1

BT Business Total Broadband Option 2

BT Business Total Broadband Option 3

BT Business Total Broadband Office

BT Business Total Broadband Office unlimited

BT Business Total Broadband Advance

BT Business Total Broadband Advance Support

(“Existing Broadband Contract”); and

d) who have completed a minimum of three months of the Minimum Period of Service applicable to their Existing Broadband Contract.
