Weekday installations cost £48.94 and are available 8am to 6pm.
Evening (6pm to 8pm) and Saturday slots (8am to 6pm) are available for £63.62.*

1. Basic installation
Our BT engineers connect your BT Home Hub and install your BT Total Broadband.
2. Install extras**
They can also install any other programs or digital media that come with your BT Total Broadband.
3. And you're off
Once they've got you up and running, our engineers can show you how to get the most out of your BT Total Broadband – email, surfing the Internet etc.

Book BT Home IT Install* Installation from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays (8am to 6pm) costs £48.94. Evenings (from 6pm to 8pm) or Saturdays (8am to 6pm) costs £63.62. Additional costs are charged per half hour, charging £29.36 during weekdays and £39.15 for evenings and Saturdays.
** Extras include one, BT Broadband Talk, BT Yahoo! Email accounts and Norton™ AntiVirus: If you selected BT Broadband Talk during your order journey. You will also need an additional touchtone or the BT Hub Phone (available when you order). BT Total Broadband Options 1 and 2 include 5 email addresses, and Option 3 includes 11. Advanced security software is included with BT Total Broadband Options 2 and 3, and only £3.42 a month extra with Option 1. Please note, some advanced security features are not Mac compatible.
