Save money by going paper-free

If you register for online billing and choose to go paper-free, we'll stop sending your bills through the post. All your bills will be online for you instead.

  • If you sign up to paper-free billing and pay your bills by Direct Debit we'll give you £1.25 off your BT line rental each month.
  • We'll send you an email when your new bill is ready to view.
  • You'll do your bit for the environment by reducing the amount of paper you use.
